What is Coffee Perks?

Coffee Perks is a membership that provides savings at thousands of coffee shops and café’s across the UK. Members of Coffee Perks never have to pay full price on a coffee again! You’ll also be able to save on the food so, if you fancy a pastry or savoury snack you don’t have to miss out on a saving. Members get their saving by simply showing their digital Coffee Perks card on the app. Easy as that!

What offers are available with Coffee Perks?

There are 2 core offers:

  • 25% off drinks and food
  • 25% off drinks

How does it work?

  • Simply use the app or website to search for places with a saving
  • When you arrive and order your favourite drink, give your server a flash of your Coffee Perks card
  • Enjoy your meal and redeem your discount at the end of the meal

Do the offers apply to takeaway coffee?

We always recommend to check the offer details at the venue you wish to use.

Can I use my Membership 7 days a week?

Sure! A large proportion of our venues offer a saving 7 days a week. Some of them however have individual restrictions around weekends, public holidays and special calendar celebrations, so it’s best check the individual venue details on the site or via our app before going.

How can I update my contact details?

You can update your any of your details by contacting the Customer Support Team on 01273 087834 or emailing enquiries@coffeeperks.co.uk (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm).

Are Memberships transferable?

No, Memberships are not transferable. 

How many free trials can I have?

Sorry, free trials are limited to one per household.

Can I use the Coffee Perks mobile app?

The Coffee Perks mobile app is available for iPhone (iOS 8 and above) and Android (5.0 and above) via the App store and Play store.

How can I cancel my Membership?

If you don’t want to renew your Membership give us a call on 01273 087834 or you can email us enquiries@coffeeperks.co.uk. We’re available Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm. Get in touch to cancel at any point during your Membership but no later than 3 days prior to your renewal date. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Membership for all the details.

Will my renewal fee remain the same each year?

We’ll make sure that any changes are communicated in your renewal reminder email. Otherwise we welcome you to give us a call to discuss your renewal price. The cancellation requirement does remain the same.
